Submit invoices for private doctors, therapists, medical aids, and ambulance transports (only for insured individuals of ÖGK and BVAEB), view e-card data and dependents, download insurance data extracts, view medical visits – all of this is available through the Social Security app. Securely, with the mobile signature.

• Submit Invoices

Insured individuals of BVAEB and ÖGK can submit all invoices for reimbursement through the app. Simply initiate the function in the app, take or upload a photo, upload documents from a folder, fill in a few form fields – done. In the case of ÖGK insurance, submitted invoices can also be viewed and confirmations downloaded.

• View e-card Data and Dependents

The app displays where and for how long you are insured and who is covered as dependents. With the app, you can conveniently view the insurance numbers of your dependents, relatives, and children on the go, as well as order a new e-card.

• Download Insurance Data Extract

Need proof of your insurance periods? Simply download the insurance data extract in the app – with or without salary information. Just as you need it.

• View Medical Visits

Want to know which doctors you have recently visited using your e-card? The app shows you a list from the last quarter.

• View Prescription Fee Cap

The app now displays how many prescriptions you have already redeemed and how many more are needed to qualify for a prescription fee waiver.

• View Benefit Information

You can easily check in the app what costs the insurance has covered for you in past years.
